hi, i’m audrey!
nice to meet you.
I’m a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer leading intentional, yet light-hearted movement sessions on Cleveland’s westside. I specialize in low-impact sculpt & strength-based workouts, indoor cycling classes, and personal fitness coaching for the general population. Encouragement, compassion and a strong focus on the needs of my students and clients, all guide how I show up. I think you’ll find my approach refreshing – balanced, effective, and always with a smile.
