hi, i’m audrey!

nice to meet you.

I’m a certified group fitness instructor and ​personal trainer leading intentional, yet light-​hearted movement sessions on Cleveland’s ​westside. I specialize in low-impact sculpt & ​strength-based workouts, indoor cycling classes, ​and personal fitness coaching for the general ​population. Encouragement, compassion and a ​strong focus on the needs of my students and ​clients, all guide how I show up. I think you’ll find ​my approach refreshing – balanced, effective, and ​always with a smile.
